We recommend reading through our Store Policies before making your purchase.

Payment

We currently only offer payment though PayPal. PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online. Orders are shipped as soon as the funds are made available to use from PayPal.

Exchange/Refund

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our items, all sales are final. Therefore please check the photos and descriptions thoroughly on all items. If you have any questions that have not been answered in the items descriptions or photos then please do not hesitate to contact us. If once you have received your item, and you believe we have made any sizing or description mistakes, please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the issue in a quick and friendly manner.

Postage/Delivery

We currently only list shipping to the United Kingdom and United States. If you are interested in having an item posted to another location, please contact us before purchase and we can arrange payment and delivery of this.

If you are located within the Liverpool area, please feel free to come and collect your item free of charge, and we will be more than happy to reimburse the postage fee. If you wish to come collect your item free of charge, then please contact us to arrange this.

All items are posted 2nd Class standard delivery through Royal Mail, and we endeavour to ship items within 3 working days. Items bought together will be shipped together, and consequently may take longer to be delivered. If you wish to have items posted on recorded, or another form of delivery, please let us know when you purchase the item (please note: alternative delivery services may incur an extra charge, but this will be discussed with you before shipment.

Vintage

Although we endeavour to describe any imperfections on our items, there is a certain amount of wear and tear with vintage clothing. Please contact us if you have any queries. Items are described as Vintage or ‘Vintage-Style' if they are believed to be items from a recent era, but with a vintage look.
